Positek's LIPS® Linear Inductive Position Sensor family, comprises the following:

P100 in-cylinder sensor.
E/M/X100 intrinsically safe in-cylinder linear sensor.

The P100 is a low cost, durable, highly accurate inductive sensor Intrinsically Safe sensors for Hazardous GAS atmospheres. The P100 is available in any stroke lengths up to 600mm. Housing for the P100 can be provided with M20, M18 or 3/4" UNF thread. Electrical outlet can be cable or connector .

P101 stand alone sensor.
E/M/X101 intrinsically safe stand alone sensor.

The P101 is an externally mounted unit that is a robust, accurate and easy to install. It has a rugged stainless steel body and push rod. The push rod on the P101 can be supplied as a free assembly, with M5 rod eye or a dome end. The P101 is available in any stroke lengths up to 600mm. Electrical outlet for the stand alone sensor can be radial or axial cable outlet, radial connector or axial connector .

P103 short stroke linear position sensor.
E/M/X103 intrinsically safe short stroke linear sensor.

The P103 is a short body version of the stand alone P101, for up to 50mm of linear displacement..

 

P106 internally mounted cylinder sensor with external electronics.
X106 intrinsically safe internally mounted cylinder sensor with external electronics.

The P106 has been designed for installation in cylinders where internal length or diameter is limited. The electronic interface of the P106 is mounted externally in a separate housing. The P106 is supplied in any stroke length up to 600mm.

P111 rugged stand alone linear displacement sensor.
E/M/X111 intrinsically safe rugged stand alone displcement sensor.

The P111 is an externally mounted, accurate linear motion transducer that is very robust and easy to install. It has a rugged stainless steel body and 1/2" push rod. The push rod on the P111 can be supplied as a free assembly, with M8 rod eye or a dome end. The P111 is available in any stroke lengths up to 600mm. Electrical outlet for the stand alone can be radial or axial cable outlet, radial connector or axial connector. Body mounting by M8 rod end.

P112 gauge head linear displacement sensor.
E/M/X112 intrinsically safe gauge head displacement sensor.

The P112 is a durable accurate guage head inductive position sensor for industrial and scientific feedback applications. It has a rugged stainless steel body and push rod. The push rod is spring loaded.

P113 slim-line linear displacement sensor.

E/M/X113 intrinsically safe slim-line linear displacement sensor.

The P113 is a slim-line version of the P101 with a 19mm dia. stainless steel body, for up to 300 mm linear movement.
